Currently, 2010 is considered an uncapped year, as the CBA is due to expire at the end of 2011. Without a new CBA in place by the end of February teams will not be required to spend any minimum amounts on players, nor will they be constrained by an upper limit. This Genie should not be let out of the bottle, for it'll be very difficult to put back in. |
